Homemade Burgers (vegetarian)
Does the thought of a juicy beef steak come to mind when you think of burgers?

Well, in this course, we’ll deconstruct that notion by creating vegetarian patties. The buns will be made with sourdough at the beginning of the course.

Pretzels & Spreads
In this course, we will shape and bake sourdough pretzels. During baking, we will prepare several vegetarian accompaniments for tasting.

The classes are offered in German, unless otherwise specified. I also speak English and French and can assist you in these languages if needed.

Water, and non-alcoholic beverages are included. Prices include VAT.
